I actually get more winter here than Cincinnati. I am in the east mountains of Albuquerque, at 7100 ft. I lived in the Cincinnati and KY area for over 10 years, i know what I am getting into. Plus being retired I don't have to get up and try to get to work in the snow and bad weather. That makes a big difference. Might also do some snowbirding for the coldest months of winter. Have to figure that out once settled in.
Building a big 50x70 detached garage to go with the 1770 sq ft house
Will have room to put the motorhome inside and all my old cars and projects.
Wife has followed me around the country over 20 years, so now is time to let her live where she wants; and that is back near family in Cincinnati area.
