Maybe one day I can remember to post some pictures of my custom version (made mine so it doesn't stick out quite so far) of the hitch....I do have an AutoCAD file for the steel I had Waterjet cut out of 1/2inch steel to make it though.

As far as weight rating, I can't say for sure(I am not an engineer), but I would venture to say it should be good for 25,000lbs. I say this since I have seen this(or incredibly similar) hitch used to pull some fairly large triaxle stacker trailers (3x7000lb axles plus tongue weight, puts it at around 25000lb).
