Our coach doesnt have a cockpit curtain or divider, BUT if its just myself and another passenger the Dash AC is enough.

MORE OFTEN (in the summer):
since we live in texas....and have 120 lb Old English Sheep Dog, we run the generator and at least one air conditioner (we have 2) going down the road.

We have to keep the (center) swinging walk thru (bathroom) door shut while driving (other wise it swings/bangs around)....we don't typically run the rear (bedroom & bath) A/C unit while driving (but of course we can), just because no one is usually back that far.

Even in 100+ degree heat both our 15k BTU AC's keep the coach VERY cool (70 degrees).
