The location of Bob's tanks put the weight of the water over and close to the rear axle, which can handle the weight better than the front axle.

Mr. Beech: Where are your fuel tanks located? Under the cab doors? or in back of the cab. The latter moves the weight of the fuel towards the rear axle which is probably what you're looking for.
