The front portion of this bus looks like the front portion of the Greyhound Scenic Cruiser with the two levels. Are they the same front end?

This bus is 50 years old. I wonder what todays conversion will look like in 50 years?

Love the picture that shows the steering wheel, gearshift lever and dashboard. Classic oldie.
