Is the price description listed below accurate where it says it would cost "3 times as much new"?

For example, it is being listed for sale at $170k. If you mulitply that times 3, you get $490k. Is $490k an accurate price of what it would cost today?

2001, 43' NRC conversion, built on a new Columbia Century Class, 550hp, 12 speed automatic transmission, currently 28k miles, every option available added.
