Softtouch walls get kinda spendy, it takes TONS of 3M spay glue and staples to do a soft touch wall a10 yard of vinyl and foam doesn't cover much, but really adds to the finish. You spray both the wall then the foam, after a minute or so you stick the foam to the wall. then repeat with the vinyl so it takes a bunch of glue. figure a big can of 3M for every 4x4 square area. Lots of ventilation too! Staple all the edges every half inch then cover with wood trim.
